This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available on SkinSpot (skinspot.gg). It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Because SkinSpot deals in digital in-game items and crypto balances, most transactions are final; the specifics are below.
Once a crypto deposit is confirmed and credited to your SkinSpot balance, it is generally non-refundable, but the funds remain yours to spend or withdraw (subject to verification and applicable fees). If a payment is underpaid, overpaid, or fails, contact contact@skinspot.gg and we will help reconcile it. Network and processor fees are non-refundable.
Completed sales are subject to a hold period (currently 8 days) before funds are released to the seller. If a delivered trade is reversed, disputed, or found fraudulent during this period, the corresponding funds may be withheld or reversed. Do not send items outside the SkinSpot flow — off-platform trades are not protected.
Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you provide and, once broadcast on-chain, are irreversible. Ensure your address and network are correct. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, minimums, holds, and fraud/AML review. Network/processor fees are deducted or added as shown at the time of withdrawal and are non-refundable.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after receiving items or funds is a breach of our Terms. We may freeze the account, reverse balances, and pursue recovery. Balances obtained through fraud may be forfeited.
Open a dispute on the relevant order (during the hold period) or email contact@skinspot.gg with your transaction ID. We aim to review requests promptly; approved refunds are returned to your SkinSpot balance unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in this Policy removes any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the above.
